Hpc6280 drivers#
HP no longer supports these printer drivers as of Nov 1, 2022. FREE delivery Fri, Mar 10 on 25 of items shipped by Amazon. That printer is listed in the afore mentioned file and I had no problem locating it in the HPLIB Toolbox. Windows 7, 8, 8.1, Server 2008, 2008R2 printer drivers. My previous printer was an HP Photosmart C5180. Is it possible that the problem that I am having is due to the HP Photosmart C6280 not being found in the /usr/share/ hplip/data/ models/ models.

While I am able to print on the printer, having added it via CUPS, I am not able to use the HPLIP Toolbox for other activities such as copying or creating PDF documents from a document scan via my monitor. This download includes the HP Photosmart driver, HP Printer Utility, and HP Photosmart Studio imaging software for Mac OS X v10.3.9, v10.4 and v10.5. A printer icon appears in the HPLIP window but is 'greyed' out and HP Photosmart c6200 Series appears directly beneath the icon. I am using HPLIP Software 2.7.7 and Device Manager Software 10.0Īll I get is the error message ERROR: No device found or unsupported device when I launch HPLIP. I have been trying to setup a HP Photosmart C6280 in HPLIP without success.
